See Her. Support Her.

When Conflict and COVID-19 Collide. Women Are Caught in the Middle.

How does conflict affect women? Financial instability, losing loved ones, displacement, sexual violence, and trauma, to name a few.

Serving the role of caregivers, women are at a heightened risk of infection with limited access to clean water and lack of basic resources for health and hygiene. Even homes offer no shelter as threats of domestic violence rise with stress and economic anxiety.

But around the world, there are people helping women unlock their power so women can have control over their futures. When a woman has knowledge, skills, and resources, she can build a safer world for herself, her family, and her community.

This World Humanitarian Day, join a global community of people supporting women caught between conflict and crisis.
